You will arrive on the 2nd floor. The baggage claim area is located on the 1st floor. Elevators are available for elderly passengers, those traveling with small children, pregnant passengers, or anyone requiring assistance.

Baggage Claim
You can collect your checked baggage at the baggage claim area. Please match the number on your baggage claim tag with the tag on your luggage as it arrives on the turntable. Passengers who did not check any baggage at their departure point may proceed directly to the arrival lobby.
*For aviation security reasons, re-entry to the baggage claim area is not permitted once you have entered the arrival lobby.
Arrival Lobby
The arrival lobby features car rental counters (Nippon Rent-A-Car, Nissan Rent-A-Car, Toyota Rent-A-Lease, Orix Rent-A-Car) and an information counter.
Limousine bus and taxi stands are located directly in front of the arrival exit. Please inquire at the information counter for access guidance to your destination.
