At the All Nippon Airways (ANA) ticket lobby on the 1st floor, you can purchase tickets, check in, and check your baggage. After completing these procedures, please proceed to the Departure Gate and Passenger Waiting Room on the 2nd floor.
Boarding Procedures
Online Check-in & Airport Baggage Drop
Please complete the online check-in process on your smartphone or other device in advance, and issue/save your mobile boarding pass.
A mobile boarding pass is required for boarding procedures.
Mobile boarding passes can be issued via online check-in starting 24 hours before flight departure. You will be asked to present your mobile boarding pass when checking baggage and passing through the security checkpoint, so please ensure you have it ready in advance. If you have baggage to be checked, please drop it off at the check-in counter on the 1st floor and receive your baggage claim tag.
For Passengers Checking Baggage
Proceed to the 2nd Floor Departure Lobby
There are vending machines (drinks, bread, snacks) inside the boarding lounge, but please finish meals and souvenir shopping before passing through the security check.

*Please note there are no shops inside the boarding lounge. *Elevators are available for elderly passengers, those traveling with small children, pregnant passengers, or anyone requiring assistance.
Security Check
2nd Floor Security Checkpoint
Please pass through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes before your departure time.
A mobile boarding pass is required.
Carry-on baggage and body checks will be conducted. Please place metal items (mobile phones, keys, etc.), electronic devices such as laptops, and liquids like plastic bottles into the provided trays for inspection.

Important Notes
Items that frequently trigger metal detectors
Smartphones, mobile phones, wallets, jewelry, belts, watches, stationery, glasses, cameras, portable music players, shoes, boots, etc.
*Removing these items and placing them in the trays before passing through the gate will ensure a smooth process.
Regarding Lighters
Explosives, fireworks, and highly flammable items are prohibited in both carry-on and checked baggage. However, one lighter for smoking purposes may be carried on board. Please note that carrying more than one lighter, cigar lighters, oil tank lighters, or pistol-shaped lighters is strictly prohibited. You may be asked to surrender these items, so please do not bring them to the airport.
Boarding
2nd Floor Boarding Lounge
Please arrive at the boarding gate at least 10 minutes before departure.
A mobile boarding pass is required.
Follow the instructions of the airline staff and present your boarding pass for verification before boarding the aircraft.
